After many years of trying to "quiet" the mind, I am letting all the voices and thoughts come forward and giving them space to be acknowledged.
These thoughts have been running on auto, programming my life so I might as well shine some light on them.
I, like many, have never examined our thoughts. Never questioned if I still want to believe those thoughts. Those thoughts that say I am not important enough. Those thoughts that say I am not capable enough. Those thoughts that say I am not worthy enough.
Those thoughts that say I am not enough.
So I let them come willingly, hear them. Then I do one of two things:
1️⃣ If I want to go deep and work on the root belief system, I follow the thread of where those thoughts come from. Follow when I turned that thought into a belief system and accepted it as true. I forgive and choose another belief about me.
2️⃣ If a thought is coming in and I become aware without wanting to go deeper, I just repeat my personal mantra "Thanks, I see you but not today" - making a choice in the moment not to believe something just because its in my head.
Whatever you do, know that you are enough just like I am enough.
